Road Safety
A bicycle and road safety program is implemented in all classes in Term 1.
Children are exposed to considerable danger when walking or riding to and from school. Your assistance is sought in ensuring that children know and obey road safety rules.
Children who ride bikes to and from school MUST wear an approved safety helmet.
The front of the school is particularly busy just before and after school, so it is essential that everyone is very safety conscious when parking, driving, collecting and dropping off children. Parents are encouraged to drop off their children on the school side of the road, out of the way of the bus zone. If you park on the river roadside, please walk across the school and escort your children back to your car.
Change of Details
Please notify the school at your earliest convenience of any change of your current details e.g. address, phone, emergency contacts, pick-up arrangemnts or court orders etc. A change of details form can be found on the School Bytes App.
Apply for a travel pass
Eligible students can get a free travel pass under the School Student Transport Scheme. Apply for a travel pass today.

- our school asks that all students are picked up from inside the school grounds and collected from the grassy area at the front of the school.
End of the Day Procedures
When children are dismissed at 3:00pm the following applies:
-
Bus students – Ward’s Bus children forward straight to bus lines on the concrete area near the bell and line up.
-
Busways children assemble in the covered area.
-
All students expecting to be collected by their parents but whose parents have not arrived, are to wait on the grassed area where they will be supervised by the teacher on bus duty.
