Bell times

Our school day is structured around a clear timetable. We have set times for learning sessions, activities and lunch. Understanding the bell times helps students get the most out of each part of the day.

It's important for students to arrive on time each day. If your child is running late, please contact our front office.

Student supervision begins at 8.30am daily and students are not to arrive before this time. The school cannot accept any responsibility for students before that time.

In the afternoon, supervision is provided until the school bus leaves at approximately 3.20pm. Children being collected by parents are to be picked up at 3.00pm and should not be left waiting.

Student Attendance

It is crucial for children to attend school every day possible. If your child is to be absent, please provide an  explanation via the School Bytes App or give a note to the class teacher on the first day your child returns, or you can contact the school by phone or email.

Late Arrivals and Early Leavers

Attendance is very important, which includes arriving on time and staying at school for the entire day. If students arrive after 9:00 am for unavoidable reasons, they need to sign in at the office before going to class. Likewise, parents or caregivers must sign out students who are picked up during the day. Additionally, students leaving for appointments, such as a dentist visit, should be signed out when they leave and signed back in when they return.
